We are certain that you will be satisfied with your purchase, and we will do everything we can to help make it work for you. If you are not satisfied with the unit that you have purchased we will accept returns of the following items within 60 days of delivery:

Upon return we will refund the amount of the purchase less a 10% restocking fee. The cost of shipping is not refundable. The item must be intact and in working order and must include a Return Merchandise Authorization, please call us at (877) 427-2580 prior to shipping the return.

Electrodes and lead wires are not refundable.

If you paid for the item with a credit card the refund must be processed back to the card used for the purchase. If you paid with a check you will receive the refund by check in the mail.
